If ooVoo freezes or closes during installation, please follow these steps:
- Restart your device. Mobile manufacturers recommend that you restart your device once per day for the best performance.
- Clear data from the Google Play Store:
- Enter your device's Settings.
- Tap Applications/Application Manager.
- Tap Google Play.
- Tap Clear data.
- Reenter the Google Play Store and try again to install ooVoo.
- If you are still unable to install, try switching from WiFi to Data or using a different network for the download.
If the problem is not resolved by these steps, please send us a support ticket that includes a description of the issue, the model of your device, and any error messages that you have received.
If you receive an error stating that your device is not compatible, this means that your device does not meet ooVoo's hardware requirements or is otherwise unsupported at this time.
