- Go to Settings on your device.
- Tap Applications/Application Manager.
- Tap ooVoo.
- Select Clear data.
- Open ooVoo again to see if the issue has been resolved.
- If the video call option is still disabled, please remove ooVoo from your device and then reinstall the app.
- Remove ooVoo from your device, and then re-install the app.
