With specific account information from you we can deactivate your account and remove your personal information:
1) Contact us FROM the email address used to create your ooVoo account. If you have multiple IDs please specify the ID to close. OR
2) If you cannot access your email address, we require:
* ooVoo ID and email address listed on the account OR
* ooVoo ID and registered telephone number on the account
If you are unable to provide the above information we are unable to take action.
