Please follow these suggestions to fix issues with your camera:
- Go to Settings and tap Applications (or Application Manager).
- Tap ooVoo.
- Select Clear data.
- Reopen ooVoo.
- Check to see if the issue has been resolved.
- If your camera is still not working, uninstall ooVoo, and then re-install.
If these steps did not fix the issue with your camera, please follow the additional steps below to send us your camera logs:
- From the Friends screen, tap the drawer icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap 5 times on the ooVoo logo at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Start test and choose the orientation of your device.
- A confirmation screen will alert you when the information has been successfully sent.
- Open a support request ticket to let us know when your logs have been sent.
