This issue may be due to an outdated display card driver.
To update your display card driver:
- Right-click My computer >Manage >Device Manager.
- Find the Display adapters folder on the right side of the Device Manager window.
- Right-click the display adapter.
- Select Update driver.
- Follow the instructions in the wizard.
- Start a video call to see if the issue has been resolved.
